Loyica did not start big, but of course, Loyica had big dreams.
There were no established plans, no concrete goals to begin with and Loyica started out normally just as any other companies would. Ali Homadi, the founder of Loyica, knew for sure that his company fits into the tech space and his first step towards building his empire was identifying what was the gap in the market.

Ali came up with Loyica’s goals one by one.
After an in-depth and comprehensive study of the market, Ali started to have a clearer vision for Loyica and to which direction it should be heading. He was resolute to make Loyica a goal-centered and purpose-driven tech company that provides exceptional services that would answer the digital challenges of start-ups and SMEs locally and internationally.

Loyica started taking in small projects, to begin with.
Loyica did have a couple of small projects every now and then, however, these brought no significant growth to the company at all. After careful deliberation about the situation, Loyica decided to build its own product to help boost the growth of the company. The first product was a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Loyica’s first CRM was not scalable and it had only the normal features just like the existing generic CRMs out there in the market.

Rebirth of Loyica and formation of a strong team.
Ali was advised by his fellow entrepreneurs that the first system he created was simply monotonous - average and nothing extraordinary. Though the remark may have been demotivating and discouraging, Ali did not stop there. He always aimed for greater things for Loyica. He ambitioned to create the best and most reliable system that would gain Loyica a competitive advantage in the market - and this became Loyica’s primary goal.

Ali re-considered his strategy in order to achieve Loyica’s goal.
To be able to accomplish his goal, he had to form his dream team. He hired exceptional talents from different parts of the world. Loyica started with a team of 12 members, though small, it is solid and it is the dream team. The Loyica Team comprised of skilled, creative, and dedicated individuals who have a passion for technology.

The time to put the pedal to the metal.
Now that Loyica has its own solid team, it was the time to put the pedal to the metal. The first step was the brainstorming of brilliant concepts. The exchange of different ideas gave birth to Loyica Solutions and Systems. The segmentation of Loyica’s products and services aimed to differentiate Loyica’s capability to create its own systems and to provide digital end-to-end solutions to the global market.

As Loyica continued to grow and expand so did the Loyica team.
The Loyica Team was divided into two: one team to specialize in Solutions, and the other to specialize in Systems. Loyica decided to explore and specialize in FinTech and MarTech industry. Loyica started to develop systems that will provide the solutions to the FinTech and Martech challenges of customers.

The stark differentiation of Systems and Solutions was strongly established.
This was the toughest period for Loyica where the deadline for launching its first products had to be strictly met. The team was working non-stop to make sure that the systems are flawless and foolproof. Both the Systems and Solutions teams have mastered their collaboration and are working hand-in-hand in innovating and providing end-to-end solutions. Both teams are knowledgeable of the purpose of their segmentation and their roles and responsibilities were clearly defined.

Loyica was successfully accredited with three ISO Certifications.
Loyica was determined to be the best digital service provider out there in the market therefore, Loyica considered applying for ISO accreditation. Loyica was successfully accredited with three ISO Certifications for Quality Management (9001:2015), Information Security Management (27001:2013), and Business Continuity (22301:2012) ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations in providing digital services. Loyica’s revolutionary financial and marketing technologies were then introduced to the market – Saphyte, the MarTech CRM System, the Fintech system – both were groundbreaking systems that made noise in the tech space.

Saphyte were finally launched to the market.
Loyica has captured the attention of its growing global audience. But Loyica did not stop there. Loyica has heard the demands of clients worldwide and has studied how it can provide more innovative solutions to ramp up the efficiency of businesses from all over the world. With its collective experience and extensive research, Loyica is now developing a new system that will take the HR Tech by storm.
